Pescia
In Pescia at foot of the historical village San Lorenzo, dedicated to the Saint-Patron born next to the nearby small church of the 16th century, and near the well known water spring, two important paper mills called "San Lorenzo" and "Cerreto", were founded. They were widely known, in the beginning, for the production of high quality, hand made paper, later of white and grey, air-dried paper. |
